Who is Syed?
Syed Sha AbulHassan Quadri is a Professional Calligrapher and a student of Penmanship.
Mostly self learned but learned the Core of Pointed pen script from Master Penman Mr. Michael R. Sull .
After that he spent Allot of his time reading books from the Golden Age of penmanship and researching more in Roundhand and specncerian script.
Michael Sull (born 1949) is an IAMPETH master penmanand author living in Mission, Kansas, United States. An expert on penmanship, he was Ronald Reagan‘s calligrapher after his Presidency and is known worldwide for his skill and teaching ability. He regularly teaches handwriting, calligraphy, and engrossing programs throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
Considered one of America’s foremost living Spencerian penman, He is author of Spencerian Script and Ornamental Penmanship, Learning to Write Spencerian Script, and American Cursive Handwriting, and publishes various other educational materials focusing on pen writing. He also manufactures period style oblique dip pen equipment for use by penmen today.
I was fortunate enough to get accepted by him as a student and learned under him through E-mail .
he is the most knowledgeable penman alive and a kind hearted person .

Syed lives in Hyderabad city ,
He was the first Calligrapher in India to start Copperplate calligraphy Workshops . His first Workshop 2018 in His own city and then he toured complete country , took around 15 workshops over 8 different cities all over India.
After covid pandemic He is taking online courses and 1 to 1 sessions for his students . He has more than 1200 students across the world
His workshops are purely based of teaching methods of Masters from the Golden Age of Penmanship . he always say :
Traditional methods are always hard and takes an understanding to adapt ..
Once learned with traditional methods, will never forget the scripts; as the script on whole will stored in your muscle memory.
